Sculpting colour: Plasticine Reimagined
Pocket-sized nature brought to life through dimension and colour.

Pocket-sized nature brought to life through dimension and colour.
My goal is to make art that brings back happy memories of creating with plasticine while showing how this simple material can make truly beautiful pieces.
You can really see how each piece was made - every fingerprint and tool mark tells the story of its creation. The tactile nature of the work invites the viewer to reach out, touch and connect with the artwork on a unique level. The fact that plasticine stays slightly moldable adds an interesting element of delicacy to each artwork.
I'm drawn to capturing nature's most awe-inspiring moments - vast open skies meeting endless seas, dramatic sunsets, and the intricate details of birds and flowers. These scenes let me share my sense of wonder at the magnificent world around us and is an invitation to pause and marvel at nature's beauty.
